BBC Micro Fruit Jam Builds + HSTX Video

Following on from my original post, I realised it might be nice if people could try this out without building it themselves.

Secondly, I’ve got an initial version of the enhanced HSTX video mode going; I have not reviewed the code properly yet, but it does appear to work. This restores the missing 16 vertical lines and makes MODE 0+3 work properly.

I’m not yet ready to submit the HSTX code upstream as it needs proper review and testing.
