I hate seeing things like this on boards:
Its obviously got pads for DIP switches of some sort, but its mysteriously unpopulated! Luckily, searching for “Innolux” and “CPT” reveals they’re competing LCD display manufacturers. So this must be for configuring the type of LCD that is connected.
This makes me think that BT have just used a standard reference design board from QMI and customised the software a bit.
