In celebration of passing 1000 downloads, I’ve just released a new version with a lot of work on the map GUI. 🙂  

Woohoo! We’ve just hit 1000 downloads! I wonder if this caused the market unavailability problem? Theoretically, at 1000 downloads, Google might switch you to a different set of servers, and it takes a while to percolate throughout their infrastructure. Schroedinger’s bus app anyone?

I see there’s been a 2.1 ROM for the Hero relased over at villainrom. What is even more interesting is that they’re using a 2.6.29 kernel source released by someone called "Ben22".
