Behold!
A bottle of the lemony/irony tasting nasty yellow/brown chemical known as the Edinburgh Etch!
Here is my “lab”, cunningly disguised as a bucket.
I wore goggles and rubber gloves and everything! Although I seriously need to get some better rubber mad scientist gloves: a pair of marigolds just doesn’t have the right effect.
I have stored it in the bottle you see at the top right for use tomorrow; oh the plastic container at the bottom right is my new economy etch tank. The bubble production and heating apparatus is not attached there though.
Tomorrow I’ll hopefully try etching something!
